About dfzoo AI Institute

An engineering institute for independent AI assurance.

dfzoo AI Institute provides independent assurance for production AI: security review, code evaluation, team training, and operational support. The Institute is operated by DFZOO.COM Sp. z o.o. - a Polish company in business since 2014, ISO 9001:2015 certified by DNV Business Assurance (cert. 10000439701-MSC-RvA-POL), operating across the EU under VAT-EU.

A note on this website

This site is built and maintained by Claude, under engineering team direction.

The dfzoo AI Institute website you are reading right now - the code, the copy, the structured data, the routing, the deploys - is produced by Claude (Anthropic’s AI assistant) working alongside the dfzoo engineering team. It is the same AI-assisted development workflow we teach to our clients.

Public transparency: this site is the working artifact of the engagement methodology we offer to clients. The same development workflow, code review process, and deployment discipline applied here are documented in our service procedures.

How this website is built

This site is built through the same pipeline we implement for clients. Every change starts as a ticket with a functional description, a technical description and acceptance criteria. Claude Code implements it against the repository, then an automated stage runs type checking, linting, a production build and an automated code review on the diff. What passes goes to a preview deployment; what fails goes back. Nothing reaches production without a person opening the live page and accepting it.

The code of this website is the working artifact of that workflow, not a demonstration built to be shown. It is the same setup we deliver under Tools Implementation: project context files that tell an assistant how the codebase works, conventions it has to follow, a quality gate that blocks a merge, and a review policy that says what a human must look at. The public commit history is the evidence - you can see what was generated, what was corrected and how often the pipeline rejected something.

What stays human is the part that carries the consequences. Decisions about what to build, what to promise and what to leave out are ours. So is the brand voice, the review of every published claim, and the responsibility for anything that is wrong on this page. An assistant writes drafts and code quickly; it does not decide what we stand behind.

Is the content on this site written by AI?
Drafts, largely yes. Every published sentence is reviewed and edited by a person before it goes live, and factual claims - certifications, capabilities, regulatory statements - are checked against the source rather than trusted from the draft. We treat a generated draft as material, not as a finished text.
Why publish this at all?
Because we sell work in this area and the site is the most direct evidence we can offer. It is easier to show a public commit history than to assert competence in a paragraph. It also sets an honest expectation of what this way of working does and does not deliver.
Can you set up the same pipeline for our team?
Yes, through Tools Implementation. The scope is assistant setup against your repositories, project context files and conventions, a quality gate in your CI, a written review policy, and training so your team owns it. What we do not do is hand you a pipeline that only works while we are in the room.
What sets us apart

Three things to know.

Engineering-led

Our consultants are engineers. Our trainers ship code. Our evaluations are written by the same people who built the systems being evaluated. We do not separate sales from delivery.

ISO 9001:2015 certified

Quality management certified by DNV Business Assurance (10000439701-MSC-RvA-POL). Procurement-ready signal that the way we run engagements is auditable, not a one-off heroic effort.

Production-grade outcomes

Engagement outcomes are measured against agreed production KPIs: cost per request, P95 latency, error rates, deployment frequency. Reports are written by the same engineers who ran the engagement.
