Both. Engineering tracks focus on AI-assisted development workflows, code evaluation and production patterns. Business tracks focus on workflow automation, prompt design and safe use of AI tools day to day.

The procurement-ready baseline: an AI usage policy, an approved-tools list, an evaluation cadence for outputs that touch production, and a basic risk register. Not a heavy framework - enough for legal and security to sign off.

Workshops are 1-3 days. Advisory engagements typically span 4-8 weeks. Tools implementation runs 2-6 weeks depending on team size and the toolchain.
